A Family Builder Since 1972 Maronda Homes was founded in 1972 by William J Wolf. After years of working in the home building industry, Mr. Wolf ventured out on his own to create his own unique, family-driven new home construction business. After stringing together different parts of his children’s names - Marietta, Ronald, and Daniel - Mr. Wolf created “Maronda” Homes. With family top of mind since day one, Maronda Homes remains a private family-owned and operated business 40+ years later. We are greater than a home and community builder; we are a family builder.
