The Marriage Matters Community is a network, or community of couples, who are collectively focused on promoting healthy relationships and marriage. We believe that marriage is a sacred union between two individuals that is handled with intentionality.
The Marriage Matters Community was started in 2013 by Thomas and Shadale Jacobs and has successfully provided resources, curated events and date nights, as well as hosted an annual PTO (Parents Time Off) couples vacation for six consecutive years to close out the summer, prior to the COVID19 pandemic. Previous locations included Charleston, Savannah, Atlanta and Gatlinburg.
The Marriage Matters Community offers specifically curated events, resources, and relationship coaching to help support marriages and encourage couples to be intentional about their thoughts, actions, and the people they surround themselves with. As we grow, we will also help couples create their own personal Marriage Communities so as to not alienate, but include their current marriage support system.
