Managing the project estimation, owner negotiation, design and implementation of the IT infrastructure, set up of the Projects from start through to Training and Go-Live when the hotel opens. The team plays a significant role in enabling Marriott's EMEA Hotel opening pipeline of New Opening & Conversion Projects for both leased/owned, managed & franchise projects. Based across the region at strategic locations the team enables cost efficient project management within region experience. Collectively having more than 150 years of combined experience within Marriott with 12 different cultures & languages.
The five Project Directors have ownership of the projects from inception to handover to IT Operations. I process which can take multiple years or a few months, based on the contract timelines and development needs. The
