Marris Consulting was founded in Paris, France by Philip Marris in 2005. He and his company are recognized Theory Of Constraints (TOC) experts. Philip is the author of the reference book in French on the subject. The company is also a recognized as very proficient in Lean (Manufacturing and Engineering) and works with some of the leanest organizations in the world. It implements DDMRP / Demand Driven MRP. The company promotes the integration of the 3 main approaches: Lean, Six Sigma and TOC. The founder administrates the active LinkedIn discussion group “TLS – TOC, Lean & Six Sigma”. We prefer to be considered as a Resulting firm rather than a Consulting firm.
