Marshall Learning & Development provides thousands of hours of live support & training to our all of our colleagues across the business and to our Leaders via Constellation Automotive Group's Leadership Expectations. Our investment in creating and delivering our bespoke programmes, helps to develop the skills and expertise required to ensure we can achieve our objectives. Beyond learning focused on our Retail Store interactions, the Marshall Learning & Development team also provide interventions such as our 'Future Leaders' courses. This year-long modular curriculum provides education and coaching across a range of key leadership competencies all designed to support those with the talent and ambition to progress to our Leadership positions. Finally, we have invested an increase in relation to our distance eLearning content full in-house. We are able to offer our widest range of content to each and every colleague meaning all of our c.5,000 colleagues have 24/7 access to realise their potential.
