Following an inspirational visit to Kingston, Jamaica, Carlton Brown had a dream: to create a range of fine Jamaican foods and drinks that truly represented the Jamaica he knows and the culture he grew up in.
And so Marshall & Brown was born.

In bringing these products to the UK, Carlton Brown has drawn upon the inspiration of his heritage, the rich historical relationship between the UK and Jamaica, and the culinary experiences of his mother and mother-in-law - Mama Brown and Mama Marshall.
