Martinez biedt een breed gesorteerd regulier assortiment en een ruime keuze aan seizoensgerichte producten. De chocolade van Martinez wordt verkocht in de eigen winkel in Amstelveen en via diverse verkoopadressen in Nederland. Begin 2009 wordt het Martinez Franchise Concept geïntroduceerd, de winkel aan de Rembrandtweg in Amstelveen staat model voor deze opzet.
