I'm Marwa Aidibi, and I'm passionate about helping individuals unlock their true potential as a professional life and mind coach. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut, where my journey into understanding the intricate relationship between the mind and body began. My thirst for knowledge led me to earn a master’s degree in Business and Organizational Psychology from the University of Liverpool. I've had the privilege of learning from international experts like Peter Freeth, Owen Fitzpatrick, and Robin Hills, delving into coaching, emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and various other transformative disciplines. Over the years, I've successfully trained and coached individuals to reprogram their minds, bringing out their best selves and improving their overall health and skills.I firmly believe in the incredible power of the mind to shape our lives. My journey has taken me to various organizations, including Nestle, Holdal Group, Lartquitecte, Red Cross, and the Lebanese Scout Association, where I've conducted workshops on career and personal development and served as a dedicated coach. I'm proud to be the innovator behind the groundbreaking concept of "mind dieting," a unique approach to enhancing both health and weight management. My commitment extends beyond coaching individuals. I've also had the privilege of instructing students at different universities in subjects ranging from emotional intelligence (EQ) and leadership to communication skills, mind dieting, NLP, and body language.
