I am Mary MacRory and I help clients, particularly working women, to shift negative beliefs and thinking by releasing them from being “stuck” and by providing effective coaching and use of holistic therapies so that they can clearly plan and attain their goals.
I qualified with a Diploma in Life Coaching, certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and QTT (Quantum Thinking Technology) and have just written a practical book, "Women, Work and Wellness". It is a guide to achieving a happier and more profitable and productive work-life balance for everyone, especially women and I include my own personal experience in this. I progressed from a very successful financial career to decide to help people as I had always mentored and coached people throughout my work and personal life.
