Maryland Speech and Feeding (MSF)

Maryland Speech and Feeding (MSF) is a pediatric therapy practice specializing in early intervention for children ages 0–5. We provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding support rooted in a whole-child, neurodiversity-affirming framework. Our team partners with families through parent coaching, collaborative care, and play-based, child-led therapy to support every child’s unique path to communication, regulation, and independence. MSF is committed to creating inclusive spaces where children grow, thrive, and feel seen, and where caregivers are empowered and supported every step of the way. Our Mother-Baby Services offer personalized, whole-family support for lactation and early feeding. With expertise in both breast and bottle feeding, we honor each parent’s goals and support the unique needs of both mother and baby. Through individualized care, connection-driven guidance, and welcoming support groups, we help families build confidence and community during the early stages of parenthood.
