MWBC is an initiative of the Rockville Economic Development, Inc. Partners and sponsors also include The Small Business Administration, Montgomery County Government, Montgomery County Department of Economic Development, Citi/Citi Foundation, City of Rockville, Bowie Business Innovation Center and Frederick County Government.
