The System for Identifying Motivated Abilities® (SIMA®) is a proprietary, non-psychological, qualitative process for clearly identifying a person’s innate giftedness—their motivated strengths, interests, contextual circumstances, preferred roles, and motivational drives.Using SIMA®, we can demonstrate that every person has been endowed with a uniquely motivated and purposeful behavioral pattern. Mary Scott has three diplomas in German as well as secretarial qualifications (Oxford Brookes 1984). She worked for many years in a number of different administrative roles in a wide variety of industries in London, before making a change and training in Theatre (acting) with a professional company in Canada, with which she complete a full-time year apprenticeship in 1994.
In 2005 Mary trained to become a certified SIMA® associate. Since then she has worked with individuals and companies using this programme. Her clientele has ranged from Company CEOs to secondary school children, from the unemployed, to military veterans , from the self-employed to those in retirement. She has given a number of talks and seminars on the subjects of 'Career as a Calling', and other topics related to the coaching.
