What is SIMA®? The System for Identifying Motivated Abilities® (SIMA®) is a proprietary, non-psychological, qualitative process for clearly identifying a person’s innate giftedness—their motivated strengths, interests, contextual circumstances, preferred roles, and motivational drives.Using SIMA®, we can demonstrate that every person has been endowed with a uniquely motivated and purposeful behavioral pattern. More Information on www.simainternational.com Mary Scott has three diplomas in German as well as secretarial qualifications (Oxford Brookes 1984). She worked for many years in a number of different administrative roles in a wide variety of industries in London, before making a change and training in Theatre (acting) with a professional company in Canada, with which she complete a full-time year apprenticeship in 1994. In 2005 Mary trained to become a certified SIMA® associate. Since then she has worked with individuals and companies using this programme. Her clientele has ranged from Company CEOs to secondary school children, from the unemployed, to military veterans , from the self-employed to those in retirement. She has given a number of talks and seminars on the subjects of 'Career as a Calling', and other topics related to the coaching.
