Our wood-clad winery was designed in the heart of our vineyard by architect Rudy Ricciotti. The buildings fade away in front of the splendor of the landscape and highlight the process of transformation of the grape, from the vine to the wine. Our vines, richness of the Pic Saint Loup lands, are cultivated in Organic Agriculture in order to preserve the vineyard. The harvest of the grape, is also done in the greatest respect of the fruit since we make our grape harvests with the hand and in boxes not to damage the bunches. The conception of the wines is then done with the greatest care in order to offer wines of superior quality. The diversity of our vintages is also the strength of the Mas de l'Oncle, offering wines that can seduce the greatest number of people. You will have understood that wine and the work of the vineyard are the passion of our team and it is through our products that we try to transmit this passion.
