Mas Llossanes est un vignoble d’altitude de 11 hectares, allant jusqu’à 700 mètres, il est l’un des plus hauts domaines de France. Il se situe dans la région la plus ensoleillée du pays : Le Roussillon. Les vignes sont nées dans les années 1940, elles prennent racine sur des sols d’arènes granitiques et de schistes.
Les vignes ont entre 40 et 80 ans, six cépages autochtones composent la mosaïque du domaine : Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Chenanson, Cinsault et Chasan
