Bringing the best of Mexican flavours to the UK in the most sustainable way possible. We’re a small (but mighty) start-up with sustainability and responsibility baked into everything we do—right from the very beginning. When authentic ingredients meet generations-old recipes, magic happens. Our products are freshly prepared in London using traditional techniques we learnt while travelling through Mexico, where these methods have been passed down for generations. From freshly made corn tortillas using rare heirloom corn to Sonoran-style wheat flour tortillas crafted with British regeneratively grown wheat and small-batch salsas made with responsibly sourced ingredients, we celebrate and preserve the richness of Mexican flavours.
