We take pride in doing Inclusive, Sustainable, and Responsible Procurement with our Farmer Partners who are themselves Certified Minorities. We are involved with them in their entire product life cycle and source directly through them, negating any intermediaries. We share our margins with them thereby economically empowering each other in the process and making our agreements long-lasting and fruitful. It becomes a big win for clients as well as they get quality products at good prices and can report their Diversity Spend with us extending up to Tier 2 and sometimes Tier 3. Masala Haat is the Agri product brand name of Bombay Tradex Private Limited, started by Mr. Kanishka Chaudhry and Mr. Sumit Kain in 2019. Kanishka has 14+ Leadership experience in Procurement & Supply-Chain across all product categories, regionally and globally. He has worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies as a Consultant and as an employee. An out and proud Gay man, Kanishka understands the importance of D&I, Supplier Diversity and its integration in the Supply Chain for sustainable growth of businesses and communities. He has also helped his clients and ex-employers (over and above his job roles) drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and strengthen their Supplier Diversity regionally as well as globally. He has been awarded the 101 Global Diversity Leader's Award by World HRD Congress in 2019 for his work in the field of D&I, Supplier Diversity and their integration in the Supply Chain. Sumit Kain has provided his services as a senior legal consultant, specializing in International Trade and Media with a cumulative experience of 15 years. He has a strong inclination in optimizing the Indian Agricultural Sector.
