Masjid Assistant is an online software designed to streamline the management of various mosque functions and improve community engagement. It offers a mobile app that connects mosque attendees with essential information, including prayer Iqāmah times, event notifications, online donations, and announcements. The platform includes features for education management, allowing for the organization of student and teacher data, tracking student progress, and generating reports. It also supports donation management, enabling efficient collection, allocation, and access to tax-deductible receipts. Volunteer management tools help with recruitment, scheduling, and certification, while Iqāmah times management allows for customization and sharing of prayer schedules across different platforms. The software includes announcement management to keep the community informed about events, and employee management for handling attendance, holidays, and salaries. Personal data can be easily imported using CSV files for students, teachers, donors, members, and volunteers. Additional features include campaign management for online donation pledges, box donations management, and tools to support new Muslims (Convert/Revert) through record-keeping and certification. Charity management tools help with Zakat disbursement and include a Zakat calculator, while facility booking simplifies the reservation process for mosque spaces. The software also supports organizing lucky draws, event management, and membership management, enabling mosques to maintain communication with donors and members, track membership fees, and create a structured membership database. The dynamic website builder allows mosques to design custom websites with content management features and integrates with other services like MailChimp for communication.
