Margaret Manetti, Sandra Aguilera and Vanessa Seiler had seen each other in court for many years and developed a deep respect for each other’s practice before the bench. As fellow female attorneys navigating the court system, their paths intercepted often in the hallway of the Daley Center as they exchanged comments about complex issues and shared stories about their daily courtroom battles. In 2014, Sandra and Vanessa were working together at a prominent law firm in Chicago. Their working relationship evolved and they began representing clients together. After years of talking about their dream of opening a firm together, the two met with Margaret Manetti and with their combined forces, Manetti Aguilera Seiler was born. Three extremely hard working women with one specific goal – to create a firm that would provide excellent and efficient service to their clients. They combine their over 50 years of experience and work as a team to provide the highest quality of service. Each founder has proudly served state bar associations either as Chairperson or committee members adding valuable insight to the committees they serve. The acronym “MAS” is no coincidence. It means more in Spanish. And, that is what Manetti Aguilera Seiler’s mission is. To give more to its clients – more counseling, more communication, more zealous advocacy in court, and more creative solutions to legal issues.
