All of these painful conditions are of unknown origin and most times caused by microtrauma. Microtrauma is an irritation to your body’s tissues. Repeated movements or excessive loads will stress your body’s tissues. Pain and injury will occur once this stress exceeds your tissue’s tolerance. So anyone that is participating or thinking about participating in physical activity need to have healthy muscle tissues in order to prevent or minimize painful conditions of the body that will limit your physical activity. Our therapeutic approach is a structured and systematic one, we look at your painful symptoms as well as the source/root cause of your symptoms and underlying restrictive tissues involved. And any other factors that may be contributing to your pain. We do this by assessing your movement patterns, test muscle strength and look at your postural alignment as a window into your pain symptoms. And we offer advanced clinical massage treatments and corrective exercises to help alleviate your painful muscles and joints.
