Massar for Business Development is an initiative that aims to enable entrepreneurs who own existing industrial companies and aspiring entrepreneurs wishing to establish their business start up to develop and succeed as business owners. Today, the role of Entrepreneurs and the promotion of SME is widely accepted as a success formula for economic growth. Accordingly, our policy at Massar for Business Development is in line with the new policy declared by the government about empowering youth to start Small and Medium size enterprise (SME). By providing innovative solutions to develop existing small and medium companies, support them and improve their performance during their growth stages. In addition to supporting the owners of new ideas to develop their business plans and turn them into new promising companies. This is done through a package of services provided to the two sectors as follows: A) Existing companies: Massar for Business Development has a mission with small and medium sizes (SMEs) existing companies that appears through technical interventions to help them increase their sales, profits and reduce expenses by providing solutions that will bring about positive institutional change as follows: - Technical interventions to improve administrative processes and operations. - Recruitment by providing the required talents. - Capacity building through in-house training to raise the team work efficiency. - Marketing through e-promotion campaign. - Financial support. B) Business Start-ups: - Training on "How To Start your own business" by providing skills and methodology to search for a feasible project idea, then write a professional business plan and present the business plan to the financial institutions. - Mentoring and coaching during the early stage of establishing the company. - Providing the necessary funding.
