The name MassCan is inspired by “𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘢𝘯” - the Farsi and Arabic word for “housing” - reflecting our mission to provide dignified, attainable homes for all. Founded in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, MassCan Capital is a mission-driven real estate development firm committed to solving one of the most urgent challenges of our time: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲. We specialize in the development of 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲-𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 in Gateway Cities and urban infill locations, with a focus on communities across eastern New England.
