Traditional construction involves a proven but painfully slow set of steps done by a variety of trades normally coordinated by a General Contractor. Such building construction has been contributing to 40% of annual global CO2 emissions, of which materials and construction are responsible for 11% annually. Canada has the third highest greenhouse gas emissions per person in the world.
