Massachusetts Women Leading Government

Helping women succeed in public service by enhancing career-building models that develop leadership skills and by networking professional women in government in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts Municipal Management Association established the Women Leading Government Committee as a formal committee in 2018. Its mission is to educate, mentor, encourage and support women in the local government profession. While its focus is to provide resources and support for women in municipal government or those interested in a career in local government, all are welcome and encouraged to participate.
