Master Experts Netherlands

Master Experts is a maritime expertise company founded in 2008 by Jos Kremer. Jos Kremer works as a surveyor appointed by various maritime insurance companies in the Netherlands, Germany and abroad. Master Experts is active in damage assessment of seagoing vessels, pleasure craft and inland shipping. We also do salvage operations, risk assessment, yacht transport, damaged infrastructure and other maritime projects. Since 2020 we provide Flag State Inspections for Transport Malta (via Varuna Marine Services). Jos Kremer finished 2 nautical colleges (Terschelling (deck) and Flushing (engine room)) he became Integrated Ship Officer for Shell Tankers BV. After 8 years working for Shell he started working for Dutch Maritime Insurance companies (Noord Nederland u.a. and SON u.a.). But the sea kept calling and in 2008 he renewed his Certificate of Compentence (Master all Ships, no limitations) and managed to find a combination of two jobs, master and expert. Jos Kremers expertise is complemented by his ongoing experience as a captain on board general cargo ships, sailing worldwide. That is why the company is named Master Experts. Recently Master Experts bought a small drone to be able to make "flying" pictures.
