The International Business Management & Sustainability (IBS) part-time master's program, culminating in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, is crafted for graduates from both business and non-business backgrounds who possess professional experience. This program is tailored for current and aspiring managers, aiming to equip them with a broad yet profound set of competencies. A unique aspect of IBS is its emphasis on sustainability, integrating this critical theme across all modules to ensure a holistic learning experience. Our program's core mission is to develop leaders for the business sector who possess a nuanced understanding of sustainability from ecological, economic, and social perspectives. This approach is essential for meeting the evolving demands of international business markets and organizational needs. In addition to offering high-quality updated courses, the IBS program presents a plethora of opportunities for our MBA students. These include the possibility of earning a double degree, participating in international study weeks, benefiting from individual and group coaching sessions, and engaging with our Innovation Lounge. To further enhance the international experience, we provide German language training and several other attractive offers. Understanding the importance of balancing work, personal time, and academic pursuits, our lecture schedule is thoughtfully arranged: Fridays: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Please note that there are no lectures during vacation periods.
