MMD3 portal is designed as a single platform for all Shipping Lines, CHA, Freight Forwarders, NVOCC, and Weighbridge to carry out their Export and Import processes as follows: Exports: • Automated VGM (DG Certified) from Weighbridge assisting CHA's for accuracy of VGM & produce VERMAS for the trade. • E-Form 6 /8/11&13 request by CHA's to Shipping Line for Port Gate In. • Submission of E-Shipping Bill along with all relevant documents online (Invoice / Packing List, Tally Sheet, EIR, Declaration) for E-Form 6 /8/11&13 & Advance EGM preparation by Shipping Line. • Preparing Advance List and generating Forwarding notes with digital signature of Shipping Lines. • Preparation of EDI EGM 1.5 as per ICEGATE Guidelines. • SCMT ready awaiting for customs declaration on final EDI structure. Imports: • SCMT ready for submission of Sea Arrival Manifest(SAM/SAA/SEI) • Digitalization Platform between lines and CHA / FF / NVOCC for entire process from E-Invoice, E-Payments & E-Delivery Order.
