MasterCom UK Limited was incorporated in Sept 2021 bringing an already solid stream of Knowledge, Experience, Clients and Suppliers to its network through MasterCom Group Holding which has been operating over 27 years. MasterCom UK Food & Beverage Ltd was incorporated in Oct 2022 and will be a key sector for our growing business and network. The Food and Beverage market is now our primary focus to our growth and with our growing source of supply, we are expanding our product list which we will be sharing in the not so distant future. We have had a busy first few years building upon the markets we are present in for the UK company. We have some great projects and new ventures in the pipeline and we look forward to sharing these with you in 2025. In mid 2024, MasterCom Holding set up two subsidiaries in the USA as LLC's in Florida and Wyoming to which are 100% owned by the UK holding company.
