PPMA Award Winning - Diversity & Inclusion Programme 2021 Mastering Your Power Coach Training is a pioneering coach training framework designed with a wider systemic lens on inclusion, belonging, social mobility and equity. Founded and created by Salma Shah. Incorporating a systemic lens of inclusion, belonging and diversity in coaching is the golden thread which is a core aspect of our programme. Acknowledging both the coach and coachee within a larger context of identity, culture, religious belief, class and socioeconomic realities. Not just the content of their coaching scenario or issue. It’s the recognition that learning is happening at an individual level and in dynamic engagement with a wider system. This isn't diversity training, it's about drawing out diversity based systemic awareness that is otherwise unavailable to coaches, managers and coachees.
