Our events are small (20 to 30 people) so that participants can connect on a deep level with their fellow adventurers. Events typically last a week, in remote and wild places like the Himalayas of Bhutan, the west coast of Greenland, the Patagonian wilderness, or a remote Fijian island.
Each day features a challenging adventure (e.g. mountain biking, hiking, canyoning), learning via roundtables, workshops and keynotes or fireside chats, and plenty of time to connect on a deep level with your fellow entrepreneurs.
Wayfinders is for entrepreneurs leading companies from $1MM to $100MM in revenue, or freelancers with at least $250K personal income/year. You must be someone who is a) willing to push your comfort zone b) willing to give more than you receive, and c) super fun to hang out in a hot tub with.
