Masterpiece Group Philippines is a BPO company which provides customer support services such as call center (inbound, outbound), chat support, e-mail support, web monitoring (SNS, website, app, etc.), data entry, and data annotation for AI. We also provide multilingual services utilizing our global network all around the world. Furthermore, we have bilingual staff members who speak Japanese and Chinese, so inquiries or request of quotation, meeting in those languages are always welcome. Our mission is to minimize costs and streamline business processes for our clients. For us, outsourcing is a long-term strategic method of forming a partnership with our clients and we dedicate ourselves to help build such a relationship. We strive to streamline and support operations from behind the scenes.
