As an occupational therapist, I work with people of all ages to improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. At Mastery of Doing we use occupational science to work with individuals across all walks of life, to be the best they can be, to get the most of out their daily lives. We break down activities to further understand how and why we do things and how we can change the things that are not working for us so they work better and help us be the master of our day to day lives.
The work we do is broad reaching:

• the things we do to be who we are
• and the things we do to create the life we want.
As Dr Seuss wrote:
