Human2Human Counselling

I am a PACFA registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in the Illawarra region. I provide counselling support to teens and adults, all with their own unique goals for therapy. I offer an integrative approach to counselling, working across a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My strengths include supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I also work to support neurodivergent clients according to a neuro-affirming approach. I enjoy assisting clients to deepen their own understanding of self, often involving working together to understand how experiences throughout the lifespan have shaped our values, thoughts, and feelings. Most importantly, I enjoy and believe in the importance of developing a genuine and strong working alliance with my clients. It is the human-to-human relationship between therapist and client that matters most.
