We believe that good health exists on a continuum and it is the result of accumulated knowledge and applied heathy behaviours at work and in our lifestyles. We also believe that good health consists of a healthy body and mind.
Our services and programs are designed to stop and prevent the occurrence of work related injuries and illnesses. We focus predominantly on improving and maintaining the health of our corporate clients.
Our knowledge and skills is the result of a decade of formal education accompanied by clinical experience and consultancy experience. We are qualified and experienced in Musculoskeletal Therapy, Health Sciences with a Human movement Major and Occupational Therapy.
