Our difference starts at the source. We only sell what we raise ourselves - 100% grass-fed Angus cattle and Romney lambs grown across our two farms in Hawke’s Bay. From carefully selected genetics to low-stress farming practices, our livestock are bred with purpose and grown with patience. That means high marbling, exceptional tenderness, and deeply satisfying flavour in every cut. Once ready, our beef is aged on the bone for 21 days and expertly butchered in-house.
