مشروع مطر هو مشروع إلكتروني هدفه إعطاء المكفوفين الفرصة التعليمية والثقافية المتكافئة ، يستقطب المتطوعين الذين لديهم القدرة والشغف للمساعدة ، عن طريق التواصل معهم إلكترونيا (online ) وتتم المساعدة عن طريق تسجيل الكتب بأصواتهم او طباعة هذه الكتب على برنامج الword حتى تتمكن قوارئ الشاشة من قرائتها للمكفوفين بحيث يأخذ كل متطوع عدد معين من الصفحات.
