Delivering accommodation on an unprecedented scale and operating as the Official Service Provider to FIFA for the last five editions of the FIFA World Cup™ (2002 to 2018), MATCH Accommodation has contracted, sold and fulfilled millions of room nights in thousands of hotels across the world. We were the official accommodation providers for the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2019 and we have recently been appointed the Official Accommodation Provider for Silverstone Circuit. We also provide accommodation programmes for our clients for the Olympic Games, UEFA Champions League, UEFA European Championships, CONCACAF Gold Cup tournaments, ATP Tour Tennis Finals, Formula 1 Grand Prix races and many more events. Our vastly experienced team understands the dynamics of the event and the hotel industry and has built the necessary partnership approach to match the commercial expectations of both customer and supplier. Through our supply network, MATCH Accommodation is able to manage and support the accommodation needs of our clients by executing event specific hotel agreements, utilising serviced hotel accounts with preferred rates, or through the use of online supplier and Global Distribution System (GDS) networks. At the heart of our operation is our unique reservation system, “ Check-In™ ”, which allows us to operate large numbers of rooms across a wide portfolio of hotels. Designed, developed, and supported in-house, Check-In™ has evolved into industry-leading software to cater for the exact standards required by rights holders of the largest sporting events in the world.
