Match IT enhances the efficiency of recruitment processes and job searches for companies and candidates in the IT industry. The user interface of the application is based on the "Tinder-like" swiping technology, allowing candidates to apply for a position with a single click, while providing companies with a unified display of candidate experience for easy selection. Our AI algorithm suggests a list of candidates/companies that match desired parameters, and also displays the percentage of overlap based on multiple criteria for each suggestion.
