Moved by the urgency of elevating the quality of Indonesia's human capital, Match&Work was initiated to help fresh graduates and job seekers connect and match with employers especially those who are aiming to work in the Tech Industries. Aside from our function as a bridge between the education sector and the industry, we are also aiming to help shape a clear career path for fresh graduates through our mentoring and training programs. We believe through our programs, we can help create a productive environment in the company and also better employee benefit for job seekers that will for sure in the end benefit our beloved country, Indonesia.
