Materriya

We help creative businesses nurture their talent base and install practices that turn potential into substance. Our team counts dozens of successfully designed and executed initiatives, primarily dedicated to supporting digital artists in media and entertainment. Kicking things off right from the start helped us overcome and understand all obstacles to launching any pioneering project. We are now committed to helping other creative businesses identify and solve challenges in talent development, recruitment, community building, and training. We provide support in devising education programs and networking events to set fabulous new ideas in motion. In early 2023, Materriya was contracted by 3Lateral as part of Epic Games to help establish training and events within their newly-founded educational facilities in Novi Sad, a designated space for open collaboration, networking, and research. Prior to forming Materriya, we have: ➤ forged expertise in talent development at Crater Training Center, a unique learning facility in the SEE region, ➤ managed successful education initiatives around Unreal Engine, including Train the Trainers and the cross-continental Summer of Unreal boot camp, ➤ built the local CG community from the ground up and produced numerous educational events, all different by range and form, ➤ collaborated with teams and devotees of tools like Autodesk Maya, Nuke, and Houdini, ➤ gained extensive experience in production that helped us understand suitable skills and capabilities for every position, ➤ cofounded, designed, and organized every edition of CGA Belgrade, the computer graphics and arts international conference.
