The Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council (MATEXIL) Formerly SRTEPC, established in 1954, is one of the oldest Export Promotion Councils in India. The name of the Council have now been changed from SRTEPC to MATEXIL.
The products covered under the purview of the Council are Man-made Fibres Textiles (MMF), Yarn, Fabrics, Made-ups (including Home Textiles) and Technical Textiles.
