Created in 2020 at the initiative of the MATHA CAPITAL Group, MATHA SECURITIES is a Management and Intermediation Company (SGI) approved by the Financial Markets Authority of the West African Monetary Union (AMF-UMOA) under the number SGI/2021–02 of Decision No. CREPMF/2021/198, of September 2021. Based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, MATHA SECURITIES' area of intervention extends over all 8 countries of the WAMU zone. As such, it carries out the activities of securities clearing trader on behalf of third parties, custodian account holder, arrangement, structuring and placement of fundraising operations for States and other private companies, and financial advisory. As an independent SGI, MATHA SECURITIES has the advantage of being able to work without conflict of interest vis-à-vis its various clients.
