Matrix was incorporated in 1999 and services both clients in the corporate and governmental sectors of environmental affairs. During the past six years, Matrix has developed trusting relationships with our clients by providing quality and innovative environmental services at a competitive cost. Matrix is certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Small Disadvantaged business (SDB) under the 8a program.
