MAUS®

In full lockdown of 2020, five lifelong friends had an idea. Being parents, being fed up of hangovers, and being ratafia lovers, we came up with a new interpretation of this liqueur. With less alcohol and less sugar, our social gatherings could last longer. We have always liked to make our own ratafía in an artisanal way. We are fortunate enough to have a pharmacist in our team who has been able to bring excellence to the MAUS® formula, after several rounds of tests. To that end, we have opted to lower the alcohol to 16% and deduct the sugar level to half of what is normally used. We offer a single product with different limited-edition labels of artists we love. We also develop a fanzine, where we converse and relate with both label artists and also with other artists. With the latter, we collaborate in strategic photo campaigns, or with other creators whose artwork inspires us. All artists correspond with the three fundamental pillars of MAUS®: punk, elegance and art. MAUS® is a community, a cultural catalyst where artists and fans meet together and cultivate the essence of this project.
