Maven by Midfield

Maven is the newest full-service FBO at the Oakland County Airport in Waterford, MI. Maven draws inspiration for its name, safety and service ethos from the word Maven, a noun meaning "...a person who has special knowledge or experience; an expert." Led by a group of accomplished aviators, Maven was created by members of the leadership team of Midfield Management, themselves former executives at R.L Polk & Company, a local Michigan company dating back to 1870, specializing in business directories and later, business and vehicle data intelligence for the automotive industry. In 2013, Midfield Management began operations at the Oakland County Airport, offering more than 80,000 square feet of available aircraft hangar and office space on its nearly 16 acre campus. Six years later in 2019, Maven, the FBO division of Midfield Management was formed to provide FBO line services to business and general aviation customers visiting the greater Pontiac area.
