Mawoud Academy

I am Sayed Abbas Aminiyan, founder and head of Mawoud Academy. This Academy was established in 2012 to help students and preparation for the university entrance exam. This Academy was able to achieve many awards in a short period. I do believe that Education is the best way to serve society and defend the rights of minorities and discriminated girls by providing equal educational services. Mawoud Academy focuses on mathematics, chemistry, physics, Farsi language, and Pashto language. And prepares 12th-grade students to pass the entrance exam for 9 months. The successes of the promising students and their placement in the best universities and fields of their choice caused the anger of the terrorists, as a result of a suicide attack by the ISIS group on August 15, 2018, more than 65 students under the age of 18 were martyred and 160 other students were injured. This tragedy was one of the saddest, most bloody, and bitter incidents for the path of science and knowledge, which was widely reflected by domestic and foreign media. https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/15/middleeast/afghan-kabul-attack/index.html https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-45199904 Unfortunately, after the suicide attack, our activities were stopped for seven months, but after overcoming many difficulties, we were able to resume our activities in the Pul-Sorkh area in Kabul. Mowood Academy is a private Academy that does not receive any support from governmental or non-governmental organizations. The only way to earn it is the tuition fees taken from the students. After the fall of the Afghanistan government in 2021, economic and livelihood problems took over the people and these pressures led to the inability to pay their children's tuition.
