MaxAbility is a dynamic, volunteer collaboration of local professionals with a broad range of experience in disability hiring in southeast Minnesota. Our focus is providing personal assistance to others in our region looking to develop disability-inclusive workplace cultures. MaxAbility hosts educational events throughout the year, hiring events twice a year, and hosts a celebration honoring International Day of Persons With Disability (IDPWD) each December. This taskforce works under the umbrella of Workforce Development, Inc.
