Sentio Insight was established in January 2014, after MaxAim LLP joined forces with Sentio Partners, combining both businesses’ successful transaction support services offerings under a new brand providing advice-based, opinion-led and partner-executed transaction support services to clients. Sentio Insight draws upon its Partners’ unique range of experiences gained in both the professional services industry and as Finance Directors within industry. WHAT DOES SENTIO INSIGHT DO? We provide a range of strategic and financial management services to corporate clients, Private Equity houses and their portfolio companies including: • Financial Due Diligence; • Outsourced Finance Director and Transaction Support services; and • Investigations and Strategic Risk Projects. WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT? Our partners have Corporate Finance and Industry experience as Finance Directors – this enables us to give valuable insight, opinions and recommendations. Fieldwork is led by one of our partners – we believe a genuine partner led and hands on approach is essential when on site. We are prepared to give clear and committed opinions to support our clients in their decision making processes. We work with our clients to communicate key issues and analysis throughout a project – our final report is only a part of our output. As an independent business we have the flexibility and skillset to help resolve issues, as well as identify them, both pre and post transaction.
