The Maxel Leadership Council (MLC) is an Non-Government Organisation registered as a Section 8 Not For Profit Company whose mission is to promote, expand and build-up leadership potentials among weaker and unprivileged sections of India including women, to foster and promote character-based leadership amongst all possible sections of society, and help professionals in different fields to improve their management and leadership abilities and skills to excel in their chosen areas.
