To my valued LinkedIn Colleagues, I’m happy to share that following latest successful assignment outcomes in Queensland, Maxi Consulting has decided on a relocation to Sydney, NSW. With the now, well-experienced ‘agile’ WFH practice, the proven Gating and Planning process of many of the larger organisations, the location of my Project Delivery Consulting / Advice can be seamlessly undertaken nationwide. Our objective remains to provide: Project Management & Delivery Planning expertise, including: • Design / Constructability, Operability, Maintainability, • Cost & Time (reduction) Management, In Sectors including • Renewable Energies, • Infrastructure – Rail (major Projects-HS links, LightRail,), Road, • Resources & Energy – Mining, LNG, and • Consulting & Advisory Sectors. A further key is to translate & utilise these significant Sector experiences and learnings into our Australian Defence Sector. Maxi Consulting strengths toward Clients lie in the flexibility of the size (large and small) and duration (short or extended periods) of Client Assignments.
