MAXIMYZ is a social learning playground designed to enhance communication.
MAXIMYZ uses learning gamification to maximize engagement, retention, and insight. Team members then get to play brain-challenging games with each other, putting into practice what they have learned and discovering better ways of understanding each other.
The founders of MAXIMYZ have over 33 years of combined experience in the engineering and design fields, but their passion was escape rooms. Shortly after meeting each other they opened and operated an escape room business and were able to witness thousands of teams in action and have created hundreds of interactive adventures.
Being the ultimate diverse couple, Matt and Rahel come from different cultures, religions, generations, gender, and race. They understood the strengths of differences and how using games can reinforce that idea.
They used these two personal perspectives to help build smarter teams using MAXIMYZ as a vehicle.
